If the order is large enough, we can ship containers of hardwood directly from the factory in South America to your location.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the item is a hardware or boxed item, it must be returned unopened. If you want a refund on wood, it will depend on if it was a special order item and if it was milled or not.
