As direct importers we are able to carry a large selection of lumber at lower prices. We are authorized dealers for the leading decking hardware companies such as DeckWise and Simpson Strong Tie and we carry over 12 different composite decking brands. Through us you can find the right product at the right price. We strive for excellence and thus only work with the most reputable manufactures and sawmills to ensure that the wood we furnish is premium level.
Where Do We Ship To?
We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. We have various warehouses and where the products are located will determine how fast the items will arrive. If the order is large enough, we can ship containers of hardwood directly from the factory in South America to your location.
What Payment Methods Do You Use?
You can pay through cash, check, or credit card. We will always ask your permission through a credit card authorization form before making any charges.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the item is a hardware or boxed item, it must be returned unopened. If you want a refund on wood, it will depend on if it was a special order item and if it was milled or not.

How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each client’s order. Since the size and weight of each shipment is unique, a standard shipping rate cannot be calculated.
